Refuge Training Refund/Cancellation
Refuge Medical Training Refund/Cancellation Policies
We hope that everyone who purchases a spot to one of our classes will be able to attend; however, we understand that sometimes life intervenes, or extenuating circumstance occur. Therefore, Refuge Medical Training’s cancellation and refund policies are as follows:
• If customer provides cancellation request via email(admin@refugetraining.com) or online (https://refugetraining.com/pages/contact-us) more than 14 business days prior to the class, they will receive a full refund.
• If customer provides does not provide cancellation request via email (admin@refugetraining.com) or online (https://refugetraining.com/pages/contact-us) at least 14 business days from the date of the class, they will not receive a refund, but the amount they paid for the class can be used as store credit, or towards another class date.
• If customer wishes someone else to attend the class in their place they simply need to provide notice via email (admin@refugetraining.com) or online (https://refugetraining.com/pages/contact-us) with the name of the person they wish to attend in their place.
• If customer fails to submit a cancellation request before 14 days of the class, they will not receive a refund.
For a variety of reasons, it may be necessary for Refuge Medical Training to cancel a scheduled class. In the event that a class is cancelled by Refuge Medical Training all students will receive a full refund.
Refuge Medical Training retains the right to cancel any class for any reason if deemed necessary.
