First of all, Refuge Medical is the GOAT. Secondly, that extends to the gear they make. The BearFAK 3.0 is, by FAR, the most intuitive IFAK I've ever laid hands on. It's just slightly bigger than the military issued standard IFAK, but it fits the components better, leaving more space for extra necessities. I've thrown in a few extra CELOX gauze packs for good measure. Thank you, Refuge Medical, for another outstanding product!

My favorite IFAK design. This is the 2nd SOB I have gotten. First was in multicam during my time in the 82nd Airborne. I chose it for compact design and all around quality. I'm a surgical Technician of 30 years and this is one of the best put together, and most extensive first aid bag you could purchase. Bought to carry around with me. Right now it's riding in my ATV until I can get a more comprehensive kit for it. That's because I'm in the ATV a lot on the homestead. Have kit for truck and home. Hope and pray I'll never need it.

Perfect for my 5.1 Pants. I am working on how to wrap a Cat Tourniquet around the kit and still have it fit with the flap closed. So fat I can fit it in with my Cat Tourniquet, but the flap does not fully close, but this is a small price to pay for a complete kit.

Very nice touch fast service and contact. The kit is perfect for my EDC with any of my clothes. I used to carry wound packing gauze a swat t and compression bandage that was bulky this is a lot better. I have more medical in my car in case of multiple casualties. But for EDC this is what I now carry. I do not have to worry if it gets wet. Thank you for providing useful ,great and well thought out American made kit.

I like the size and the water resistant package for EDC here you sweat a lot it is tropical. The set has all of the best possible gear for the size . I carry a Slik kit and recommend my family and friends having one on their person and a TQ.

Overall good item it just lost its vacuum seal. I am assuming it's do to it's in my back pocket all the time. I drive a hot oil truck in the North Dakota oilfield.

SLIK kit is my every day carry that lives in my left cargo pocket its the perfect size medical kit that is small however, has lots of capability. It gives the ability for someone like myself to get to a larger kit or higher medical on the way if needed. Closest hospital to my property is a 20 minute drive however, that doesn't mean I'll have cell service depending on where I am or will be seen from the road by help.

Amazing product; outstanding customer service! I love the text of the video of my order being packed for shipment. I now have a BearFak, two Bleeding Prevention Kits, and a SLIK Kit. All of these kits are the best I have seen. I carry a SLIK Kit and tourniquet in the cargo pocket of my pants, and have convinced my wife to start carrying a kit in her purse. Bear's video course on the MARCH-E is a great refresher to the training I received in the military. Thanks for a great product at an unbeatable price. Will be ordering a Desk Kit for our Pastor who is also a high school teacher.
