What Does Our Lifetime Bag Guarantee Cover?

Our Lifetime Bag Guarantee covers any manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

• Faulty stitching

• Broken zippers

• Damaged hardware

• Material defects that compromise the functionality of the bag

If your IFAK bag experiences any of these issues, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

What Isn't Covered?

While we are committed to ensuring you have a reliable product, our Lifetime Bag Guarantee does not cover:

• Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect functionality

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

• Loss or theft of the bag

How to Submit a Claim

If you experience an issue with your IFAK bag that falls under our Lifetime Bag Guarantee, follow these steps:

2. Receive Return Instructions

   • Our team will assess the issue and provide you with instructions for returning the bag if necessary.

3. Repair or Replacement Process

   • Once we receive your bag, we will either repair or replace it as quickly as possible to get you back to being prepared.

We stand behind our equipment. That is why we offer our Life Saved Guarantee:

• The Promise: If you use a component from any Refuge Medical kit to SAVE A LIFE, we will replace that component completely FREE OF CHARGE.

• How It Works: In the event that you deploy a component to make a life saving intervention (such as a tourniquet, chest seal, or pressure bandage) in a real-world emergency, simply reach out to our team. We will coordinate the replacement of your used gear so your kit is fully restored and ready for the next critical moment.
