We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

"I would give you 6 stars if available. I got a video from Mike in fulfillment before they packed and shipped the order; and I was able to easily upgrade to the screw top lid. The customer service is second to none; you can actually speak with someone who can work the problem or immediately they will be in touch with someone who can. This can-do attitude has earned then a customer for life. The products are well thought out and well packaged for future use."

"From the time I ordered the bucket to getting a confirmation was minutes. I followed the tracking and planned on being home at the time period for delivery. It was really quick, no problems, no issues. I had watched Poplar Preparedness with shock and awe. My son is a rescuer with our ski and mountain bike patrol and was totally impressed. I did not even ask him before I ordered it, cuz mom's know. We have done a large variety of rescues at off the grid, off the side of a mountain, in sand dunes, and roadside. The bucket is good. It will be used."
