We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

"I’ve been wearing the Refuge Ankle kit for close to two years now. There’s some wear and tear that is happening, though I’m not concerned because Refuge has the best warranty in the market. Period. This kit has been a game changer in what I’ve been able to keep on-person and I’ve had it when I’ve needed it for minor injuries. Praise God I’ve never had to use it for its true trauma emergency capabilities, but it sure does bring some peace of mind to my everyday carry set up. Having the Refuge Medical Training to know how to employ such medical equipment is the true move, however. Get trained and Stay in practice Refuge Nation. You are your own first responder. Get a few of these kits in your life and get trained."

"Out of all of the kits that I have purchased from Refuge Medical my ankle kit is my edc 365 days a year and about 90% of those days it is worn for 15+ hours a day. Between our family farm and working in the construction industry most things I wear such as boots, shoes, pants and shorts typically last 2 to 3 months before they literally fall apart. This kit lasted me a little less than 2 years before the elastic wore out. With the second to none customer service that refuge has and the fact that you talk to real people when you call made it super easy to get another kit coming that showed up in 2 days. To say im impressed with how well this kit has held up is an understatement! I would highly recommend this kit to anyone and everyone that wants a comfortable and easy way to carry there first aid gear that doesn't require extra pockets!!"
