Splinter out splinter remover is a sterile, safe way to remove splinters from under the skin. Splinter out is better than a needle because it is sterile and has a tri-bevel point to help loosen the skin around the splinter so that it may be safely lifted out. Ten individually wrapped splinter removers per reusable hinged hard plastic case. Great for first aid kits and tool boxes.
